In 1982, the Youth House was open in Copenhagen on Jagtvej 69. For many of Copenhagen's young, the house became a second home where they could express themselves and their artistic personalities. In August 2006, the city's politicians decided that the house was going to be torn down - a decision that was the starting point for clashes between radical youth and the establishment, which turned into actual fighting on the streets of Copenhagen.
