You Decide!

You Decide! looks at how the Swedish oil company the Lundin Group collaborates with questionable regimes in Sudan and Etiophia, taking advantage of military abuses against a civilian population in order to "clean" certain areas in order to exploit the natural resources. Hundreds of thousands of people have been killed or displaced and famine, torture and slavery follow in the tracks of the military interventions. When Swedish journalists Martin Schibbye and Johan Person travelled to the area to investigate, they were arrested by the authorities.

The film shows the lies, the abuses, the crimes against international law. You Decide! documents how a Swedish company is profiting from crimes against humanity - while Swedish foreign minister Carl Bildt denies that the Lundin Group is even active in Ethiopia.
