Doc Lounge Official Selection for Fall 2015 is here!

We’re happy to present the Doc Lounge Official Selection for the Fall 2015! This season, we’ll be travelling from war-torn Sudan in We Come as Friends (from the director of Darwin’s Nightmare), to a Florida trailer park where convicted sex offenders are trying to find their way back to society in Pervert Park.

We’ll visit an elderly couple in South Korea in romantic and beautiful My Love, Don’t Cross that River (the most successful South Korean documentary ever made), experience sisterly love in the Swedish suburbs in Blood Sisters and follow a biodynamic farmer’s struggle against the authorities in Good Things Await. We’ll also join the Speed Sisters, the first all-female racing team in the Middle East, in Palestine.

Joshua Oppenheimer, director of the Oscar nominated The Act of Killing, returns to Doc Lounge with The Look of Silence. Bikes vs Cars, The Forecaster and Sugar Blues join the lineup as parts of the pan-European documentary project Moving Docs.

As always, our Doc Lounges in Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway are preparing fantastic events to go with the films - lectures, discussions, Q&As, live music and DJs. To find out exactly what’s happening in your city, find your local club here on our website or head to our calendar to see everything that is happening across the network. Besides the Official Selection, our clubs show a wide variety of other films as well.

See you all at Doc Lounge this Fall!

Note: Not all Doc Lounges show every film, check your local Doc Lounge for details.
